London: Hollis and Carter, 1960. Hardcover. Very Good. 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall. DJ is in reasonable condition for its age. It has small tears and nicks and loss at the back. It is not price clipped. Green cloth boards with gilt illustration of a stalker to front, and gilt lettering to spine. Pages are clean and binding is tight. Numerous black and white photographs. A very nice copy. 1960
