Very Good. 1920. B&W silver gelatin photograph of cattle on a ranch in Nara Visa, New Mexico. Cut-out and tipped in paper designs at corners on front of photo and writing on back. Set up like a real photo postcard. Photograph has light silvering and soiling to edges. Light wear to corners. On the back of the photograph is a note from Mr. A. S. Felton to Miss Florence Willett. Felton writes at the top of his note "Deerfield Ranch Sept, 23 1920" and that he "raises baby beef for the market." He also writes "I can send you pictures of ranch life or whatever ones you would like best. I have lived here eleven years and being a bachelor I only naturally like to please the ladies any way I can." Photograph measures 5 1/2" by 3 1/2". .
