Hardcover, green cloth with gilt title on spine (top corners bent, corners bit worn, spine bumped & worn, several marks on front cover, top edge has couple spots of foxing, inscription on front free endpaper. dj., clipped (spine faded, bottom of spine chipped, otherwise worn, soiled on back cover, marks to both front & back covers).
Very Good condition.
Size: 8 3/4" x 5 5/8" (22cm x 14.5cm).

Synopsis
Death of a Naturalist is a collection of poems written by Irish Nobel laureate Seamus Heaney. The collection was Heaney's second major published volume, and includes ideas which he had presented at meetings of The Belfast Group. It won the Cholmondeley Award, the Gregory Award, the Somerset Maugham Award, and the Geoffrey Faber Memorial Prize.
