About This Item
London: Michael Joseph, 1956. First Edition. Hard Cover. Dust Jacket. First UK edition. Off-setting to both sets of end-papers and a former owners name and address on the front paste-down otherwise a VG+ copy in a near fine price-clipped D/W with the spine lettering still white (unusual thus) and a nice, clean and bright back panel. A very nice copy indeed. A rapidly-mutating virus wipes out all of the Earths grasses, including grain crops.
