Pictorial cover is worn at extremities with light soiling to the back cover but bright and in good+ condition. Boards and spine are straight. Binding is tight. Illegible writing on half title page and a couple very small child's pen marks on the page with author's publication list. Pages are toned but otherwise clean and in very good condition. Publisher's price of $8.50 on back cover. ; 9.1 X 6.6 X 1.1 inches .
