About This Item
New York: Avon Books, 2000. First Edition, First Printing. . Hardcover. Very Good/Very Good. The sixth novel in Ford's mystery-crime series featuring Seattle private detective Leo Waterman. This time Leo's just looking for a little time off to relax at a friend's "getaway" in the back country. Instead, his friend has incurred the wrath of every boater, hunter and fisherman in the area by posting his property, and juvenile harrassment has escalated to murderous violence just as Leo arrives. Corners lightly bumped, front fore edge shows tiny indentation, o/w boards and text are clean and unmarked, tight and square, not remaindered. The dustjacket shows mild surface and edge wear but no tears, no creasing or chipping, not price-clipped. Collectable.
