Minor wear to extremities, else exceptionally clean and bright. Light wear to envelope, hint of spotting to front panel. Promotional booklet for the San Fernando Valley, with special attention paid to the benefits from the construction of the Los Angeles aquaduct.Uncommon in such nice condition and with the original envelope.
