New York: Random House, 1934. SIGNED BY AUTHOR on front end page, his 1st book. Near Fine, discreet prior owner name sticker front paste down, hidden by front flap, and two tiny book store stickers at bottom edge rear paste down. Slight rubbing to gilt at spine and rear gutter, else gilt is nicely bright. Slight toning to end pages. In a Very Good Plus priced dust jacket, small chips at spine ends and flap folds and a 1" shallow chip top edge rear panel. Overall a quite lovely SIGNED copy. . SIGNED BY AUTHOR. First Edition. Cloth. Near Fine/Very Good Plus. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
