London: J. & J. Churchill, 1879. Cloth. Very Good. A solid copy of the 1897 2nd edition. Tight and VG in its olive-green cloth, with bright gilt-design and titling along the front panel and spine. Minor wear along the edges, internally very clean, with no writing or markings of any kind. Octavo, 55 plates complementing Teale's text, a number of them with splashes of green supplementing the illustrations.
