About This Item
London: Collins, 1951. Clipped dj shows miniscule rubbing or bumping and light shelfwear at edges. On the upper front edge near fold there is a split about one inch long. Not sure why the dj was clipped since the price (6s) is still intact. Perhaps to remove an owner's identification or perhaps to remove Book Society identification. "Book Society" is twice mentioned on the rear flap in respect of other titles by this author. Red boards are in fine condition and the interior is unmarked except that there is light evidence on the ffep of a pencilled price having been erased.. First - 2nd Printing. Cloth. Fine/Very Good. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
