Book begins and ends with the ultimate result of the contentious dam building - the disastrous flooding of Minot, North Dakota, in 2011." Colourfully illustrated soft cover with green & brown titling on front, white titling on green spine, occasional black and white illustrations, 288 pages. Cover has light shelf wear, pale smudge near upper end of leading text block edge, light stain to upper corner of rear end paper, otherwise book is clean, bright and tight.
