With gold gilt cover designs and page edges, moire silk endpapers and bound-in silk bookmark. In fine unread condition but for light scratches on the top edge and slight flattening to the spine. A solid book of 656 pages including an extensive index. Includes the Publisher's Note (slightly wrinkled) and Certificate of Authenticity from Easton Press. By the late author of many critically acclaimed books of history including "Undaunted Courage.
