By 1913, he was the largest manufacturer of aircraft in the U.S. This book documents Curtiss's formative years from the first Aerial Experimental Association to the refined flying boats of World War I. Bound in 1/4 blue cloth over mustard cloth lettered in blind, spine lettering gilt, one bumped corner, a very good copy in very good pictorial dust jacket.
