London: John Tallis, c.1850 Undated. c1850 from contents (or perhaps 1830s as William 4th is shown but not Victoria). Two volumes, complete. HB. Half- leather bindings: leather spines and corners over dark green boards (near contemporary probably) with gilt titles to spine. All edges gilt. Second title page states ' Dugdale's England and Wales Delineated Edited by E. L. Blanchard. Each vol: 25 x 17cm. Book Vol. 1: 811 pages. Covers places and entries from A to G. With engraved frontispiece plate and engraved title page, plus many topographical engravings in plates and engraved folding maps. Book Vol. 2: (H-Z): continuing to page 1582, with similar engraved illustrations and maps; A very good set hinge on both volumes stretched edges lightly rubbed . Some light foxing. Pictures available.
