Quarto (28 x19 cm), xvi, 48, xvii-xxix, [3] pp. 48., index, original printed wrappers, "all rights reserved" discreetly stamped to the bottom of the front wrapper and title page (possibly by the Publisher), profusely illustrated throughout, text in french. Published by Bibliothèque de L'Art Culinaire (Paris), 1913.
A little wear to the wrappers, some gentle spotting internally. A very good copy.
A stunning work on the art of food presentation, containing detailed illustrations of dishes fit for a King's Banquet.
Exceptionally rare in the original printed wrappers. No Institutional holdings located at the time of cataloguing, and this work not referred to in Bitting, Cagle, Vicaire, Oberlé, etc.
