First edition with A and Scribner's colophon on copyright page, Edward Shenton illustrations, story set in Florida, 368 pages, publisher's green cloth shows a tide mark bottom 1 inch of board, not affecting text, spine and gutters show some discoloration, No previous owner bookplate or writing, clean illustrated endpapers, Jacket shows some wear to head and heel wear as well as corner and edges, looks bright and colorful in a new mylar sleeve.
