Moderate rubbing and soiling to the boards with heavy rubbing to the tips and edges. The spine cloth is torn and entirely missing. Gift inscription in ink on the front pastedown. Moderate soiling to the interior with large stains to pages 24 and 25. Child’s drawings in pencil on page 25. The front and rear hinges are cracked, but the binding is still intact.
