"T - K - " is attributed to Thomas Knight; English Short Title Catalog, ESTCT 65,519. Includes a 1923 letter from H. E. Powell, Librarian of the Royal Society of Medicine, stating that he did not know the authorship and knew of no copies in British libraries. 1737 ownership marks of Samuel Hughes, who crossed out four others' notes from the title-page.
