Essays on Dreiser, William and Henry James, Kafka, the Brothers Karamasov, Eliot and the Objective Correlative, I.A. Richard's theories, Allen Tate, Poetry and others. DJ heavy paper, blue background with black and red lettering on front and spine, Noonday books listed on back with praise. DJ spine slightly faded, very tiny tears and crease at top front tip, tiny but jagged tear with slight wear and crease at top front edge, light crease near bottom front edge, micronicks along spine top edge, smudged along back bookfold edge, small black spot near middle back. Near Good DJ/Near Very Fine book.
