Worn volume in full leather with dark red spine label, raised spine bands, about 10.25" tall, [20], 595, [6] pages. Covers heavily rubbed and chipped with lower half of leather peeled away and absent, joints cracked but covers securely attached, text block sound, large ink smudge to page 309 (text still legible), old dampstains to upper and outer margins of the first 125 pages, outer margins of page 579 through the end neatly trimmed (1.125" to 1.5") but without affecting any of the printed areas, pages age-toned with names of Wm Wiliams and Dorothy Williams with 1763 date on title page, gift notation dated 1818 on front free endpaper, no other markings.. Hard Cover. Fair. 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall.
