Slightly smaller, thinner book, black cloth spine, black boards, purple, blue and orange lettering on spine, gray inside covers and adjacent end papers, 151 pages. DJ heavy paper, illustration of Slavic village on fire and troops advancing on front and spine, white back slightly browned with praise from Orville Prescott, Geoffrey Birum, Gerald Sykes and others for "Hadrian's Memoirs." DJ has slight wear at most edges, tiny nicks along spine top and bottom edge, long wide tear across bottom front right with slight wear and near chips. Poor DJ/Fine book.
