Toronto: William Briggs, 1895. Book. Near Fine. Hardcover. 1st Edition. 12mo - over 6¾ - 7¾" tall. Original light blue cloth hard covers, with gilt titles and squirrel vignette to spine and front. Patterned endpapers. Frontispiece with tissue-guard. Slight soiling to covers, and corners bumped; wrinkle with light rubbing near head of spine. Front endpaper restored, with some shallow loss to bottom edge, and old owner's label and early ink inscription. Mild toning to text. Otherwise clean, tight and unmarked. Very neat -- a sound and handsome copy. 239+1[ads.]pp..
