An excellent job of editing and annotation by Lincoln . Frontispiece with tissue guard in each volume . Maps including fold out map in fine condition . Two Volumes . The books are in excellent condition . The interiors are clean , no marks of any kind except for the small bookplate of the previous owner on the front pastedown of each volume . The bindings are tight . The cloth boards are in very good plus condition There is a small nick to the cloth at the top of the spine panel on volume one .
