About This Item

Newport News, VA: Warwick Press, 1977. 1st Edition Thus . Soft cover. VG- (Very Good Minus). 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall. Inscribed "For Helen & Ford" and signed by author to title page. Tan wraps with trace edgewear, soil and creasing. Binding a little tender, spine not creased, interior clean and lightly toned. No stickers or stamps. Not ex-library. Laid in is a folded 8 1/2" x 6" sheet on which is a handwritten letter to "Helen" from the author, dated 7/30/77. It seems that she was a fellow author, and the letter is mostly constructive criticism of one of her books, and a little about Carlson's health.
