A young man recalls the strange, emotionally intense year he spent working as the sous chef in the claustrophobic galley of a ship headed for Cape Town. A very early draft of the script, written twenty years before the film's release.
Set and shot on location in Belgium, Sweden, Spain, and South Africa.
White, lacking titled wrappers. Title page present, dated 1985, with credits for director Mats Arehn and screenwriter Rolf Borjlind. 128 leaves, with last page of text numbered 126. Xerographic duplication, rectos only. Pages Very Good, lightly soiled and toned along the edges, side stapled with five staples.
