In Ottoman script (Old Turkish with Arabic letters). 27 p., one huge folded plate (45x58 cm). Extremely rare booklet of regulations of the Post-Constitutional Turkish Naval Ranks introducing new ranks with an attractive huge folded plate including 60 lithographed visual ranks.
