[5], vi-vii, [2], 2-448pp. Slightly later half calf and marbled paper over boards, smooth back, divided into six panels by lines and a roll in gilt, title label to second panel, remaining panels with central star tool, stormont on shell marbled endpapers. Ex-library, with ink stamp to reverse of title and faint blind stamp to title. Rubbed to extremities, upper joint slightly split but holding well, lightly foxed to edges, occasionally to margins and text, but generally fairly clean, K2 with a small piece missing from bottom corner. Armorial book plate to front pastedown. The second variant, without the errata lines on the final page. ESTC T109935. First Edition. Hardback. Good. 8vo. Ex-Library.
