"Advance Copy, George Wharton Edwards A.N.A." crisply SIGNED in ink on page after cp. 11"x8", 312pp. . Signature is Edwards', NOT a publisher's note to Edwards. Of tissue guarded plates 23 are color and 32 b/w, from Edwards' paintings done on the scene in 1928. Faint to light foxing in the plate margins has offset to adjoining text pages. No other internal flaws; no marginalia, soiling, aging, finger prints, etc. Pastedowns & eps like new. Cover extrems scuffed, spine top with (3) 1/8" tears. No other flaws, in or out. Very tight, book tends to stay closed when stood on its spine. PLEASE NOTE: My pix do not do justice. .
