About This Item

London: Collins , 1969. A first edition, first printing published by Collins in 1969, signed with dedication by the author on the rear of the title page. A near fine copy with only slight bumping and fading to the head/base of the spine and edges. Clean and bright internally. In a very good unclipped wrapper showing chipping to the edges and head/base of the spine. Two small neat tape repairs to the front cover. Fading to the spine. An enthralling study which examines the impact of the Spaniards upon the Aztec and Inca worlds.
