Illustrated dust jacket with $42 price intact; book in blue cloth with yellow lettering to spine. Pamphlet is side-stapled in blue paper covers. Jacket is clean and crisp with no chips, tears, or marks. Boards are sturdy and square. Binding is sound and pages unmarked. Pamphlet, too, is crisp and clean.
