Inscribed and signed by author - To my cousin Nigel - from Anna Botsford Comstock the quite incidental author. Moderate soiling and shelfwear to covers. Spine ends rubbed with some tiny tears. Textblock soiled. Inside covers and endpapers mildly soiled/yellowed. Tearing on inside hinge; cover and first two pages loosening. Some pages have creasing. A few pages lightly soiled. Otherwise, pages clean and tight in binding. Pictures available upon request. A locally owned, independent book shop since 1984.
