Hardcover bound in grey cloth with an embossed gilt seal on the front cover. Binding has minimal wear. The text has a slight aroma of potpourri but otherwise a sound copy with clean text. Illustrated throughout with photos. Many of Dr. Murphy's guns ended up in the Greensboro Historical Museum in Greensboro, North Carolina.
