Well-researched & annotated coverage of the "flag wars" that continue to rage around what some consider to be a symbol of Southern courage & pride & others see as a constant reminder of racism & oppression. Trade paperback in 401 pages + 32 pages of black & white photos/drawings in center. The book is actually BRAND NEW, but downgraded to VG because it fell down behind some shelves & got rather mangled: wrinkling & small tears to both covers, edges of all pages crinkled, random smudges to outside page edges from floor. Interior (besides wrinkling) is perfect: completely clean, binding strong & straight, pages white & unmarked.Our photos depict he Exact book you will receive from us--never "stock" images of books we don't actually have!
