US: Health Research, 1963. Paperback. Good +. This is a spiral bound facsimile reprint, published by Health Research, CA. Plastic cover over covers are taped to inside of covers. Pages have scattered underlining in blue pen throughout; writing to margins at 172; tanning to margins and square shadowing to pages 63 and 64. Shadowing from tape at covers on first page and last page; previous owner's bookplate to first page. Text block has soiling and shelf wear. Covers are soiled at edges and plastic cover is creased and torn at ends of spine. Binding is sound.
