The text is illustrated with colour photography, maps and black and white illustrations. Tan coloured boards with white coloured titles to the front panel and back strip. Photographic dustwrapper with black, tan and white coloured titles to the front panel and back strip. Title says it all. Rubbing of the top book corners, back strip corners and lower book edges â which also show a few small bumps. Little age toning of the text block edges.
