The pages are in good condition with a very few light scattered soil spots and I did see one small pencil margin mark. There is foxing and some soiling on the back end papers. The spine has a long tear along the back edge and a small tear on the bottom end. The book has a musty smell. No print date stated. Triple column format. 618 pages..
