Botanical Survey, Memoir No. 37. 240 x 182 mm; printed wrappers; pp. xi + (i) + 440, incl. index; 209 full-page line drawings (recto), with descriptive text in English and Afrikaans to facing verso in each case. Title penned on sunned spine, which has earlier owner's tape reinforcing; spine cocked; some foxing to edges and outermost leaves. Good condition. "The present bulletin deals with the more common and troublesome weeds of cultivated lands and gardens, roadsides and waste places. A few of them are not yet widespread but are potentially dangerous." .
