With the signature of New York Attorney Charles B. Moore on the title-page of each volume dated May 1833. Early newspaper clippings on endpapers of Vol. I about Kent's death. Second edition. xvi, [1]-559; 6547; 515; 574pp. 4 vols. 8vo. THE AMERICAN BLACKSTONE. A landmark in American and International legal commentary, the first edition of Kent's classic was issued in four volumes from 1826 to 1830. This second edition is also very uncommon.
