Paperback small quarto, coloured card folder (title & publisher tab on fore-edge, little toned), very good condition, loose sheets inserted, colour & black & white cartoons, black & white media material, black & white portrait, colour photo rear cover folder (minor edgewear, spine ends & corners creased), staple holes & rust marks top corner few pages, minimal bumping. Unnum 22 (includes folder) pp. The popular comic strip made its initial debut in 1997. The cartoons are about a group of African-American city kids adjusting to life in white suburbia, The cartoons combine childhood antics with contemporary political and social satire. Aaron seeks to initiate thought, help improve the state of racial discourse, and expand the types of humor found on newspaper comic pages. The folder contains: 4 black & white folded cartoon pages, 2 colour folded cartoon pages, and 14 related pages, including his story.
