About This Item
Pinnacle Books, 1973. Soft cover. Good. 4.25" x 7. p/b 189 pages, condition is good, the pages are tanned. Scientists, astronomers, astrologers and seers are all awaiting the arrival of this new comet, a spectacular visitor from the heavens that promises to outshine the famed Halley's Comet of 1758 and 1910. This great new comet was recently discovered by Czech astronomer Lubos Kohoutek. It was then 437 million miles from the sun. According to scientific calculations the comet will be visible to the naked eye in late 1973 and early 1974, and then it will continue on its orbit, not to return for another 30,000,000 years.
