Well bound and clean pages, with mild tanning to text block edges. Heavy tanning to free endpapewrs with plate to front. Boards have moderate shelf wear, with rubbing and marking. Light bumping to corners and crushing to spine ends. Binding remains firm. Boards are slightly bowed and tanned.

Pages are mildly tanned with visible foxing. Mild cracking to gutters, with some mildly loose pages. Heavy tanning to endpapers. Front endpaper is notably clipped. Pencil inscription to half title page. Boards have light edgewear with corner crushing and notable marking to boards. Heavy tanning and foxing to board edges and spine, which has mild crushing to ends. Moderate water stains to boards. Boards are mildly warped.
