Jonathan Cape.Publisher 1923-1926.This is a 20 Volume set (Shrewsbury Edition) bound in blue buckram with cream vellum spines,gilt titles to spines.Tissue guards to plates.There is some dulling and lightly spotting to some spines.Patterened endpapers with half titles, frontispieces.The works are uncut to top edges in places with gilt along top edges of the set.This is overall a very good set and is numbered 53 of 750 printed of which 375 of the run were for distribution in the British Empire and the remaining 375 were bound for the United States and published by Dutton.All bindings remain firm with no hinge weakness and the contents are clean internally.20 volumes so extra postage will be requested. . Very Good. Hardcover. First Edition. 1923.
