On November 15, 1959 a farm family of four people in Holcomb, Kansas was murdered for no apparent reason. Finally Richard Hickock and Perry Smith were arrested, tried, and hanged by the State of Kansas on April 14, 1965. This book is the story of the lives and deaths of these six people. A clean very presentable copy in a Brodart mylar jacket.

Synopsis

In Cold Blood is a nonfiction book by American author Truman Capote. The book details the brutal 1959 murders of Herbert Clutter, a wealthy farmer from Holcomb, Kansas, and his wife and two of their children. When Capote learned of the quadruple murder before the killers were captured, he decided to travel to Kansas and write about the crime.
