Blue cloth over boards with gilt particulars, two light blue bands and publisher's emblem to spine; gilt decoration to front cover. Pages are clean and unmarked. Text block is foxed particularly to top edge. Boards are clean with sunning to edges and spine; shadow of dust jacket title is sunned onto spine; corners and ends of spine bumped. Binding is tight, front board slightly bowed. Dust jacket has foxing to top edge and fore edge of covers; creasing to edges, corners and ends of spine.
