Jenks was known as a dime novelist, but he also collaborated on several mysteries [Hubin, p. 226]. First published by H.K. Fly in 1909; this is a Very Good copy of the reprint edition. Tan cloth binding with a colour illustration tipped onto the front cover. Titling in black on the spine. Clean text; 334 pages, with a two-page Grosset catalog in the rear. Cover and three others within By W.W. Fawcett [Oddly, the frontis illustration called for is missing; assumed publisher defect, as there is no indication of removal]. Previous-owner inscription on the FFEP. Rubbed around the margins. A very presentable copy. No dustjacket; in an archival plastic protector.. Reprint Edition. Pictorial Cover. Very Good/No Jacket. Illus. by W.W. Fawcett. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
