Interior is yellowed but clean with markings to the front end page only save an "ex libris" stamp to reverse of title page. A small chip to the top edges affects pages 272-292. No text is impacted. Copyright page states "This is a WARTIME book. The text is complete but every effort has been made to comply with the Government's request to conserve essential materials." July Box 3
