Small black flexible leather (might be imitation?) book with gilt on front; no jacket; top edge gilt; 288 pages; many b&w plates of buildings. Very good minus condition: yap edges of leather are a little crumpled and creased; binding is clean; gilt is bright; straight; tight; slight soiling to endpapers; 5/8" tear to copyright page. .
