The beige woven boards are clean and bright with just a bit of sunning on the spine and the merest of wear at the corners and spine ends. The brown lettering is clean and bright. The interior is very clean and tight with great illustrated endpages and a dusty gray topstain. **Brenbooks specializes in first edition books made into films.
Synopsis
Edna Ferber was an American novelist, short story writer and playwright. Her bestselling novels were especially popular and included the Pulitzer Prize-winning So Big , Show Boat , Giant , and Cimarron , which was made into the 1931 film that won the Academy Award for Best Picture. She died in 1968.
