About This Item
London: Elliot Stock, 1890. Hardcover. Fair/No Jacket. 12mo - over 6¾ - 7¾" tall. New (1890) revised edition in general good internal order throughout. Much to entertain the causal reader as well as the theologian. For example, if you have forgotten what the Bangorian Controversy was about or need to know more about Energumens, all is revealed herein. Light toning to stock, but otherwise only very occasional internal marking. Former owner's name and address neatly to half title. Binding shaken and opening a little at front hinge, but all holding. Cloth is well worn, faded and dulled to spine so book best regarded as a reading/working copy on this basis. 12mo. xii, 388pp

About Dodman Books
Formerly Journobooks, my original speciality was books about journalism, journalists, newspapers and other media (hence the name) and I still have a good stock of hard-to-find books in that field. Over time I have added a wide and eclectic variety of other collectible volumes alongside a general secondhand stock. I am a collector as well as a seller so know all about the pitfalls of online buying as well as the joys. I will try to make your buying experience as easy and as pleasant as possible.
