Longmans, Green and Co., 1894. Hardcover. Acceptable. 1894. Fourth Edition. 208 pages. No dust jacket. Navy cloth with red lettering. Pages are notably annotated, with light tanning and foxing to endpapers and text block edges. Former owner's inscription to front free endpaper and paste-down, with a few small nicks and water drops along text block edge. Mild cracking and crinkling to gutters with exposed netting. Binding remains firm. Boards have light shelf-wear with minor corner bumping and crushing to spine ends. Moderate tanning to spine and edges, with visible crushing to spine ends. Book has a notable forward lean.
